One-on-One Sessions
To Break Your Own Barriers
$80/one hour training. Push yourself to the finish line with every session.
Goal Setting
Your goals come first. We use Lactate Threshold Testing along with the Computrainer Science tool to set a benchmark for improving performance, assess your current level of fitness, and monitor your progress.
Understanding these physical assessment metrics helps us create a training plan to not only meet but exceed every goal.
Warm-Ups & Cool-Downs
Every session begins and ends with purpose. Clark will guide you through 15- to 20-minute warm-up and cool-down routines to enhance your performance and recovery, so you get where you’re going faster.
Wattage & Heart Rate Test
Understanding your power and heart rate zones is crucial. We’ll use this data to fine-tune your training and make adjustments that are both science-based and tailored to how you feel on the bike.
Follow-Up
Training is an ongoing conversation. After our initial assessments, Clark will provide you with personal training zones and detailed recommendations so you can continuously refine your plan, tackle challenges head-on, and celebrate every Victory.

As a Summer Training Club cyclist, you also get access to four expert clinics — and the option to celebrate your training with your fellow riders and other roadies at the Big Dam Bridge Ride in September.
