Bicycles:

  • All bicycles purchased from Victory Bicycle Studio may be returned unused within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • A 5% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned bicycles.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Apparel:

  • We do not accept returns on used apparel. Please ensure that items are unworn and in original condition before returning.

 

Customized Bicycles:

  • Customized bicycles are not eligible for return. Please ensure your specifications are accurate before completing your purchase.
