Originally founded in the United States, Lee Cougan now operates under the expertise of the Italian-based Stardue team, known for their forward-thinking design and precision craftsmanship. Over the past six months, Victory has worked closely with Stardue to bring this legacy brand back to its roots — and into the hands of riders across the country.
