Just completed work for Victory Bicycle Studio. It was such a pleasure working with Mr. Butcher everything went so smooth. One of the owners at Champion Promotion just purchased a bike from him. Great to keep business local between the two companies.

These guys are super rad! They have excellent customer service and are awesome at what they do! I needed new tires on my plane Jane generic bike and I used their mobile service. For an affordable small fee they’ll pick up and drop off for you. Keith showed up this morning with the van and he was very courteous and kept a safe distance and wore a mask! They got 2 of my bikes picked up, worked on and dropped off in one day! Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome!! I called and asked for copies of some receipts that I needed and they emailed them to me pronto. They are always courteous friendly and organized. You won’t find better customer service!!

Clark and his team have something special going on here. They have reimagined the bike shop experience and truly make everyone feel welcome. One of my favorite shops I've ever been to.

Went to Victory Cycles for a class on nutrition and fueling with Clark and the guys. This was a great meeting with so much information. These guys know their stuff! Highly recommend talking to them if you really want to increase you endurance through correct eating practices and nutritional supplements.

I had the pleasure of visiting Victory Bike Studio and its sister, Pedaltown, last week. They are both awesome! I first noticed Victory because it was one of the first new business to open in the Broad Street Arts District. I wasn’t sure if I had room in the budget for a top-of-the-line bike though, so for a long while I was hesitant to stop in. Then I bought a used bike from a friend and took it to Victory to get fitted. Wow, so glad I did! Clark and his team were so nice and helpful – and the shop was so well-merchandised – that I left with both a fitted bike and new biking shorts, and could not wait to go for a ride!

Between Victory and Pedaltown, bikers of any experience level can now find what they need. Visit Victory if you are looking to upgrade or searching for something you can’t get elsewhere in Memphis. If you are looking for something cool and custom on a tighter budget, visit Pedaltown, where they have everything from kids bikes to cruisers and everything in between – and they even have a cool app that measures you and generates the perfect bike for your unique make and build! Victory also offers morning spin classes and organized rides. I am a fan!

Called Victory out of the blue today with a frozen hub/pawls in an old 90's Shimano HG rear hub and neither of us had an 11 hex head to remove and clean it. I was invited in for a quick evaluation. The entire crew looked it over and came up with my optimal solution for a 30 year-old wheel by just spraying some liquid degreaser into the hub to loosen up the pawls. It was working like new in under 15 seconds and the best part is the fix (advice) was free for a wheel that would otherwise be trash! Now I just have to relube the cartridge bearings and hope to get a few good rides on the wheel. Special thanks to Chad!

Awesome service! Went in on a Saturday and within a hour I was fitted for a new bike. Great staff that didn't make me feel overwhelmed when the cycling options tend to be daunting for someone new. ON TOP OF THAT they were able to sell an old frame I had thought about building up.

I went to Victory in May for a bike fitting. Sean was very patient and informative and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable on my bike. The white glove delivery was 100% worth as I live in Texas. These guys had my bike delivered, ready to go at my place of business.

In the past year I have purchased 2 bikes from Clark at Victory Bicycles. He and his team have the highest level of customer service before and after the sale. They are quick to respond via email and text regarding any questions. When our recently purchased Felt Breed arrived the derailleur hanger was unfortunately bent during transport. After a quick email these guys responded and had one on the way to me right away. Victory Bicycles will always be my first choice when shopping for a new bike.

I had a great time in the bike basics class. Learning how to change a flat and do some simple maintenance definitely gave me more confidence in riding!

Victory is a top notch shop that is able to cater to the specific needs of roadies as well as people just getting into the sport. I wanted a specific bike that only Victory carried here in Memphis, and I got fitted on it from Victory as well. Sean did my fitting session and answered all my questions about fit and torque specs. So now I have a great bike that fits my needs, fits my riding position, and will provide me with many happy miles.
