Tell us what you're thinking
A few quick questions about your build, your budget, and your ride - that's all we need to begin.
Most builds are complete within 1–3 weeks from the time you approve the parts list. The timeline depends on component availability — if everything is in stock, we can often turn it around faster. Special-order parts or framesets from brands with longer lead times can push that out, and we'll always tell you upfront. We won't rush the build, and we won't leave you guessing on timing.
Not at all. Some customers come in with a full spec sheet; others just know they want to ride faster or more comfortably. Either way, we start with a conversation — your goals, your budget, how and where you ride. From there we'll put together a build that makes sense. You don't need to know the difference between Ultegra and Force to get a great bike.
Yes. If you've got a crankset sitting in a box or a wheelset you've been holding onto, we're happy to work with what you have. We'll let you know if anything isn't compatible with your frame or drivetrain before we start wrenching. The goal is a bike that works perfectly — not one built around parts that don't play well together.
Every custom build includes a fit session before you ride off. We set saddle height, reach, and contact points to your body before the bike leaves the shop. If you're not local, we can do the fit session over a video consultation — we'll walk through your measurements and position together before the build is finalized. And if something feels off after your first few rides, come back in or jump on a call. A build isn't done until it's dialed in.
We can ship complete builds, but we'd rather you come in. A lot of what makes a custom build worthwhile is the fit — and that's something we can only do in person. If you're outside Memphis and serious about a build, reach out. We'll figure out the best way to make it work.
Come in for a fitting, drop off a repair, or just talk bikes with people who actually ride them. We're on Broad Ave in Midtown.
