Build the Bike You Actually Want

Build the Bike You Actually Want

Every rider is different. So is every build. Whether you want to swap the groupset, upgrade the wheels, change the saddle, or start from a bare frameset we'll configure exactly the bike you're after, then fit it to your body before it leaves the shop.

Build the Bike You Actually Want

A Bike Made to Measure

Every rider is different. A custom build starts with you: your body, your roads, the way you actually ride.

You choose the frame, the groupset, the wheels, and the finish. We handle the rest — sourcing the parts, building it up by hand, and tuning the fit in the shop. What rolls out the door fits like it was made for you. Because it was.

Why Build With Us

Why Build With Us

Four reasons a custom build beats anything off the shelf.

Built around you

Frame size and contact points set to your measurements. Not a generic size chart.

Only the parts you want

Every component is your call, from groupset to bar tape.

Fitted before it leaves

We dial in the fit in the shop, so it rides right from the first pedal stroke.

Real people, one shop

Talk to the person building your bike - not a checkout screen.

How it works

Here's how a build goes, start to finish.

Tell us what you're thinking

A few quick questions about your build, your budget, and your ride - that's all we need to begin.

We reach out within 1 business day

We talk through options, parts, and price, then put together a build plan you can sign off on.

We build it. Then we fit it.

Once you're happy, we assemble it by hand and dial in the fit before you ride off.

No two builds are the same.

A few bikes that recently left the shop - no two of them alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a build take?

Most builds are complete within 1–3 weeks from the time you approve the parts list. The timeline depends on component availability — if everything is in stock, we can often turn it around faster. Special-order parts or framesets from brands with longer lead times can push that out, and we'll always tell you upfront. We won't rush the build, and we won't leave you guessing on timing.

Do I need to know what I want?

Not at all. Some customers come in with a full spec sheet; others just know they want to ride faster or more comfortably. Either way, we start with a conversation — your goals, your budget, how and where you ride. From there we'll put together a build that makes sense. You don't need to know the difference between Ultegra and Force to get a great bike.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes. If you've got a crankset sitting in a box or a wheelset you've been holding onto, we're happy to work with what you have. We'll let you know if anything isn't compatible with your frame or drivetrain before we start wrenching. The goal is a bike that works perfectly — not one built around parts that don't play well together.

What if the fit isn't right?

Every custom build includes a fit session before you ride off. We set saddle height, reach, and contact points to your body before the bike leaves the shop. If you're not local, we can do the fit session over a video consultation — we'll walk through your measurements and position together before the build is finalized. And if something feels off after your first few rides, come back in or jump on a call. A build isn't done until it's dialed in.

Do you ship?

We can ship complete builds, but we'd rather you come in. A lot of what makes a custom build worthwhile is the fit — and that's something we can only do in person. If you're outside Memphis and serious about a build, reach out. We'll figure out the best way to make it work.
