Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on non-bike orders over $100. We do not offer free shipping for bicycles unless it is a one-time promotion. The basic shipping cost for bikes (with UPS or FedEx) is $150. This will cover the shipping to your address, but the bike will need assembly by your local bike store or certified mechanic. On average, you can expect to pay $200 to $400 to your local mechanic to complete the assembly.
Or, take advantage of Victory Bicycle Studio’s Professional Assembly Option for $299. This will cover:
- Bike assembled by certified mechanics
- Safety inspection completed
- Gears and brakes tuned
- Packaged for reduced assembly upon arrival
- Riding your bike quickly after you attach the front wheel, seatpost / saddle, and front wheel
- Free Shipping
For orders of parts, accessories, apparel, etc., orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.99. Regular bike shipping without assembly is $150; bike shipping with Professional Assembly is available for $299. Our White Glove Delivery option is $699 and covers the assembly of the bike and delivery by our White Glove Delivery partner to your front door, ready to ride!
When you place your online order, you will receive an email update with your order number and order details, and shortly after, you will receive a follow-up order email with the tracking number for your order.
