Our nutrition selection carries on-bike fueling — energy gels, bars, chews, and drink mixes for rides of moderate to long duration.

Nutrition matters more as ride time increases. Under an hour, most riders don't need to fuel on the bike; beyond that, consistent carbohydrate intake sustains energy and performance, especially in the back half of a long effort. Format, flavor, and digestive tolerance are personal — not everything works for every rider, and it's worth finding out in training rather than at an event. Electrolyte concentration in drink mix also matters in heat or across long hours.
