Say hello to the team behind the scenes that makes it all happen.

Clark Butcher
Founder and Owner
They say the first step to addressing addiction is admitting you have a problem. Clark will be the first to tell you he is addicted to endurance athletics. He got his start with running at the age of seven. After running for a few years, Clark’s competitive passion led him to triathlon where he naturally excelled in cycling. By the time he was sixteen, Clark achieved the distinction of category two cyclist.
Pursuing racing full time, “Grizzwald” completed in events such as the Junior World Cup in Canada, National Championships, and professional-caliber events throughout the country. These efforts culminated in 2002 when Butcher spent a summer racing throughout Europe with the German National Team.
In addition to his years spent competing, Clark’s background in physiology/endurance coaching, and years of industry experience make him uniquely qualified to run a business that is much more than your average bike shop.
Personal Bike: Got a few, but I ride my custom Moots RSL 80% of the time.
Favorite Restaurant: There's a ton of great locally owned restaurants in Memphis, but if you know me - I love Sushi, and the Sekisui Midtown location is a 2nd home for me.
Favorite Dish: Stacy's Roll (easy to remember the name....ya know, "Stacy's Mom....she's got it goin' on!")
Beer, Wine, or Liquor?: Wine. Any Pinot from the Central Coast in California.
My Pets: Brody, he's my lil' rescue buddy! (a lil Spitz, a lil Alaskan Eskimo, and a ton of cuteness!)

Keith Thole
Sales Specialist
A native Memphian, Keith got into cycling while he was an undergrad at the University of Memphis. During the summer of 1999, he was a team member of the Journey of Hope, a cross country cycling event organized by Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity that raised money and awareness for The Ability Experience. After riding from San Francisco, CA, to Washington, D.C., he was hooked.
When he’s not on the bike, you can usually find Keith in his garden during the summer growing peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. He’s been working on the perfect salsa recipe and recently started making pickles. You might also find him at FedEx Form rooting for the hometown Grizzlies.
Personal Bike: Scott Addict Gravel 30 with Sram Rival AXS
Favorite Restaurant: Fratelli's Cafe inside of the Memphis Botanical Garden. It's only open for a few hours so we go there for lunch on a beautiful day and then walk around the Botanical Gardens afterwards.
Favorite Dish: I love the Siena Panini sandwich - chicken breast with fresh mozzarella, red onions (get extra red onions), arugula and pesto mayo served on the best bread and a side of fresh fruit.
Beer, Wine, or Liquor?: Beer. Wiseacre Ananda is my go to beer.
My Pets: Lincoln. He's a black cat that we rescued unexpectedly when he was just a little kitten while visiting family in Illinois. I've never been a "cat person", but after losing my dog Presley of 16 years he definitely has brought a ton of joy and laughter to the house.
Favorite Quote: It hasn't been said yet..."Your Memphis Grizzlies are NBA Champions!!!!!!"
