Collection: Knickers
Cycling knickers — three-quarter length bib pants — cover the shoulder season gap between bib shorts and full tights, keeping knees warm without the full coverage of a winter tight.
They're most useful in the 45–60°F range where legs need some insulation but full tights feel like too much. Most cycling knickers use a chamois pad and bib construction for the same saddle comfort as bib shorts. Women's and men's fits are built differently around chamois placement and panel construction — the same sizing logic as bib shorts applies. Riders who ride primarily in summer or deep winter tend to get more use from bib shorts and tights; knickers are most valuable for those who ride through the full shoulder season.
At Victory Bicycle Studio, we consider knickers one of the more underrated pieces of fall kit — riders who put them on for the first time in October tend to reach for them again and again through spring.
