About The Factor ONE SpongeBob Edition Carbon Shimano Dura Ace Di2 Road Bike

The Factor ONE SpongeBob Edition Carbon Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 Road Bike pairs Factor's WorldTour race platform with a limited-edition graphic collaboration between Factor and collectible designer Mighty Jaxx, reinterpreting Mighty Jaxx's XXRAY PLUS SpongeBob SquarePants figure on the frame. It's built for competitive road racing and fast group riding, running a full Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 9200 electronic groupset, disc brakes, and a Black Inc SIXTY TWO wheelset. The edition debuted at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, raced by riders from Human Powered Health and Ma Petite Entreprise, and it carries all of the ONE's race-level engineering underneath the graphic treatment.

Aerodynamics center on the ONE's Bayonet Fork and integrated "chin" fairing, a wide, ducted front end that manages airflow spilling off the front tire and fork crown and holds its aero advantage into crosswind yaw. Frame geometry is tuned for modern WorldTour positioning — narrower bars, a forward saddle position, shorter cranks — while keeping identical steering geometry across every frame size, from the smallest to the largest. Max tire clearance is 34mm measured, cable routing is fully internal, and the frame is compatible with electronic drivetrains only.

Who It's For

  • Competitive and fast-group riders who want a WorldTour-spec race platform with full Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 9200 electronic shifting.

  • Riders who want a bike that stands out — the SpongeBob SquarePants graphic is a one-off Factor x Mighty Jaxx collaboration, not a standard Factor livery.

  • Riders who need disc brakes and up to 34mm tire clearance for mixed road surfaces without giving up race geometry.

  • Smaller riders who still want race-identical handling, since the ONE keeps the same steering geometry across every frame size.

  • Consider a different bike if you want a mechanical groupset (this frame supports electronic drivetrains only) or you'd prefer a standard, non-collaboration graphic.

What to Look For

  • Cockpit sizing is fixed at 380mm bar width with 5 reach options on the integrated barstem (80mm reach, 120mm drop) — confirm fit before ordering, since width isn't adjustable.

  • Bottom bracket comes standard as CeramicSpeed T47A with aluminum cups; CeramicSpeed bearings for DUB or 24mm cranks are available if your crank preference calls for it.

  • Seatpost setback (0mm or 30mm) should match your saddle position and reach goals, and saddle rail clamps are available in 7x7 and 7x9 to fit different rail standards.

Key Features

Frame & Fork: The frame is built from a blend of TeXtreme, Toray, and Nippon Graphite pitch-based carbon fiber, paired with the ONE's Wide Stance Fork and Bayonet + Chin Fairing aero system. The wide, ducted fork controls airflow at the front of the bike so it stays organized moving back across the frame, rather than just minimizing drag at a single point.

Groupset & Shifting: Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 9200 handles shifting across a 2x12-speed drivetrain with a 52/36T crank and an 11-34T cassette, giving racers enough range for flat, fast racing and steeper climbing terrain without switching to a compact setup.

Braking: Disc brakes run 160mm and 140mm rotors (max rotor size 160mm front and rear), with 12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear thru-axles — a race-oriented rotor sizing choice, enough stopping power for road racing without added rotational weight from oversized rotors.

Wheels & Tires: The bike ships on a Black Inc SIXTY TWO wheelset in 700c, with 34mm max tire clearance (measured), giving room to size up tires for comfort or rougher road sections while keeping the aero-focused wheels Factor speced for this build.

Standout Technology: The SpongeBob SquarePants graphic is a one-time collaboration between Factor and Mighty Jaxx, based on Mighty Jaxx's XXRAY PLUS SpongeBob figure — a limited-run treatment, not a permanent Factor colorway. Included accessories are Black Inc's aero integrated bottle cages and a computer mount, both matched to the frame's aero shaping.

Rider Intent Summary

  • Biggest strengths: full Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 9200 electronic groupset, Black Inc SIXTY TWO aero wheelset, and race-proven ONE aerodynamics with consistent steering geometry across every frame size.

  • Tradeoffs: electronic-drivetrain-only frame compatibility, a fixed 380mm bar width, and a distinctive graphic that won't suit riders who want a low-key finish.

  • What makes it different: a one-off Factor x Mighty Jaxx SpongeBob SquarePants graphic collaboration debuted at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, applied to an otherwise fully race-spec WorldTour platform.

Victory's Take

We think this is a bike for riders who take their racing seriously but don't take themselves too seriously — full Dura-Ace Di2 performance underneath a graphic you won't see on anyone else's group ride. At Victory Bicycle Studio, we'd fit this one carefully given the fixed 380mm cockpit width, but the frame, groupset, and wheel package underneath the artwork are exactly what we'd spec for a rider racing at this level.

features

  • Art More Than Skin Deep

The custom ONE graphic designs are based on Mighty Jaxx’s SpongeBob SquarePants collectibles and dive under the skin to get to the anatomical truth of one of the most loved and longest-running children’s animated series. Marrying the imagery with the most advanced UCI-legal road bike in the WorldTour peloton introduces a level of sensory dissonance that shocks first, and then delights. This limited-edition collaboration celebrates design innovation, craftsmanship, and character, showing how two worlds of engineering and art can collide in a way that surprises and inspires. To highlight the collaboration, the two Factor ONE special editions will debut at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, raced by riders from Human Powered Health and Ma Petite Entreprise.

  • Aero First

The Bayonet Fork + “Chin” Fairing system might be the most striking feature of the ONE, but this front-end design isn’t simply about cutting the air. It dictates where the air goes next, ensuring smoother flow across the entire system. The design controls the airflow at the front and sustains an aerodynamic advantage deep into crosswind yaw. The wide fork uses a ducted chin, a forward-projected structure, to manage the “spillover” drag created when airflow detaches from the front tyre and crown area.

  • Modern Geometry

Aerodynamics was only half the mission. The modern racer’s position has shifted, using narrower bars, more forward saddles, shorter cranks, all of which push the rider’s weight further over the front wheel. Without carefully focused geometry, this can upset handling balance and increase crash risk. The ONE’s geometry was designed to accommodate these WorldTour positions without compromise. Even in the smallest sizes, the ONE keeps identical steering geometry to the largest frames, a rarity in high-performance road bikes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the bike packaged and how long does delivery take?

All bikes are securely packaged to ensure that damage doesn't occur during shipping. All parts of the bike are padded and if needed, zip tied to minimize or eliminate movement inside the box. Once a bike is handed to the shipping company (usually Fedex or UPS), depending on your location, delivery will range from 1 day to 8 days. If you do choose the option for Professional Assembly or White Glove Delivery, this can add anywhere from 2 days to 5 days to the lead time.

Can I finance the purchase of my new bike?

Yes.  Simply select the Shop Pay Installments option which will allow you to buy now and pay later.  Shop Pay Installments is powered by Affirm.  If you would like to determine your spending limit, simply download the Shop app or the Affirm app on your smartphone and after you create an account on one of these apps, the app will let you know what is your spending limit.

Can I return the bike if it doesn't suit my needs?

Our return process is as follows. The customer is responsible for the return label ($150). Once the returned bike arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and make sure it is in new condition and undamaged. Once we verify, we will process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method on file. To clarify the amount refunded, it would just be the amount of the bike (and tax if applicable) less the $150 shipping label that we provided, but the original shipping is not refunded. So if the original bike cost $4,500 and shipping was $150 (so you paid $4,650), you would be refunded $4,350 (the $4,500 less $150 for the return label) assuming the bike was returned in new and un-used condition and within the 30 day return period.

What does the warranty of my new bike or product cover and what is the warranty period?

Depending on the bike or any product, different companies have different warranty policies.  If you do ever have an issue with your bike or any product, simply email us at online@victorybicyclestudio.com and we will assist with any warranty issues and clarify the warranty for the affected product.

Can I have my bike serviced at any bike shop?

Typically, to avoid any issues with your warranty, you should bring your bike to a certified mechanic or bike store for that bike (i.e. if you have a Trek bicycle, you should bring the bike to be serviced to a local bike store that is an authorized Trek dealer).  If you need assistance, simply email us at online@victorybicyclestudio.com and we can direct you to a certified dealer of your bike.

Do you ship bikes internationally?

We unfortunately do not ship bikes outside of the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do recommend for international customers to open (or use a current account) account with a freight forwarding company. If you use a freight forwarding company located in the U.S., make sure to put your billing address for a dedicated credit card as the same address as the freight forwarder so that you don't have any credit card or payment method issues).

Once you do this, simply place an order with us and we can ship to the U.S. address as long as the credit card doesn't get rejected. Once the freight forwarder has the box/order/shipment, you would instruct them to then ship to you in your home country and they would charge you their own shipping charge to ship to your international address.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on non-bike orders over $100. We do not offer free shipping for bicycles unless it is a one time promotion. Generally, bike shipping will cost $150 and that covers just the shipping of the bike with no assembly. If you were to bring that bike to your local mechanic or bike store, you would pay them their assembly fee. If you choose our Professional Assembly option for $200, our service technicians would assemble the bike before shipping and then re-pack the bike safely for transit. When you receive the bike you would attach the front wheel, attach the seatpost/saddle, and raise the handlebars and clamp them. Those three items do have to be detached to minimize or eliminate the chance of damage in transit.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders of parts, accessories, apparel, etc. on orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Regular bike shipping without assembly is $150, bike shipping with Professional Assembly is an additional $200 (so $350 in total which includes the $150 of regular shipping). Our White Glove Delivery option is $699 and that will cover the assembly of the bike and our White Glove Delivery partner delivering your dream bike to your front door, ready to ride!

How can I track my order?

When you place your online order, you will receive an instantaneous email update with your order number and order details, and shortly after, you will receive a follow up order email with the tracking number for your order.  If you still need assistance with your order, feel free to email us at online@victorybicyclestudio.com and we will respond asap.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, email online@victorybicyclestudio.com with pictures of all angles of the box and pictures of the damaged product and we will work with you to either send a new replacement asap and coordinate return (or re-imburse you for labor or costs incurred to fix the issue at your local bike store).

Are pedals included with the bike?

If you do not see pedals in the bullet point product specs on the product page, the bike does not come equipped with pedals.  Many manufacturers do not spec bikes with pedals, so they are often purchased separately.

If I only pay the $150 for bike shipping, can I assemble the bike on my own?

Victory Bicycle Studio highly recommends that you bring your bike to your local certified bike store for the brand of the bike that you purchased. If you do attempt to assemble the bike and damage occurs, this may result in your warranty not being honored. For that reason, we do highly recommend to select our Professional Assembly option for $299.
