Trek 920 Frameset

The Trek 920 Frameset is a 100 Series Alpha Aluminum adventure touring frame designed for loaded expeditions on any surface. It comes equipped with a matching alloy disc adventure fork, front and rear thru axles, headset, headset spacers, cable guides, seat collar, and thru-axle skewers — more complete than most competing framesets — so you can start building without hunting down hardware. If you want to ride around the world, this is a sensible platform to start with.

The geometry is balanced for stability under load: a 71.3° head angle and 110mm wheelbase (58cm) provide predictable handling when the racks are full. The 73mm threaded bottom bracket shell and 142x12mm thru axle rear end use widely available, serviceable standards — important on a frame meant for long-distance use where you may need to find parts far from home.
