Factor ONE SP Premium Package With Wheels Carbon Triathlon Bike Frameset

The Factor ONE SP Premium Package with Wheels is a carbon triathlon and time trial rolling chassis. It takes the ONE, Factor's aero road platform, and adds a dedicated TT cockpit called the ONE SP Bar. The package includes the frameset, fork, seatpost, Black Inc Sixty Two wheelset and Factor Integrated Barstem (80 mm reach, 120 mm drop). The groupset and saddle are not included, so you build it with your own drivetrain and contact points.

It's built for racing against the clock, from short, technical and uphill time trials to long-distance triathlon. Most TT frames are designed from scratch. The ONE SP instead starts from the ONE's road geometry and wide-stance fork, then adds a cockpit that puts you in a forward, compact aero position. The result is a triathlon bike that handles like a road bike, with enough cockpit adjustment to fine-tune your position for each course and event.

What to Look For

• Fit comes first. It comes in sizes 47–58 cm, and the cockpit adjusts in 5 mm steps. Have your position set by a fitter before you finalize stack and cut anything.

• Plan your build. The frame is set up for electronic groupsets and hydraulic disc brakes. Budget for a groupset, saddle and fit session on top of the package.

• Match tires to the course. With clearance up to 34 mm, you can pick tire width based on road surface and rolling resistance rather than aero alone.

Key Features

Frame and fork. The ONE's Bayonet fork and chin fairing form a wide-stance front end that manages the air coming off the front wheel and keeps the bike aerodynamic across yaw angles. Factor used Computational Fluid Dynamics to test hundreds of design versions before validating them in the wind tunnel. Geometry includes 405 mm chainstays across all sizes and a 73.3° head tube angle on the size 54.

ONE SP Bar. The high-modulus carbon bar bolts straight to the fork head through a four-bolt interface. That keeps the cockpit clean and rigid for precise handling at race speed. You can add an optional 10 mm of stack at the bar attachment, and the extensions add up to 35 mm more in 5 mm increments. A dedicated Black Inc Computer Mount fits both Garmin and Wahoo head units.

Groupset and shifting. No groupset is included. Fully internal cable routing runs through both the cockpit and the frame for electronic groupsets. An adjustable front derailleur mount works with a wide range of gearing, which is useful when you're choosing chainrings for a specific TT or triathlon course. Factor's Mini-UDH derailleur hanger keeps the profile low while leaving room for future component compatibility.

Braking. The frame is built for hydraulic disc brakes, with hoses routed internally to keep the front end clean.

Wheels and tires. The Black Inc Sixty Two wheelset is included. The frame and fork were shaped around 700c tires up to 34 mm wide.
