About The Parlee Ouray Carbon Road Bike Frameset
The Parlee Ouray is a carbon road frameset built around a one-piece, unidirectional monocoque frame and fork, designed for riders who want a lightweight, responsive platform they can build to their own specification. At 830g for a size medium, the frame is among the lighter framesets in its category without giving up the stiffness needed for confident power transfer.
Parlee's proprietary carbon layup tunes the frame for vertical compliance through the rear of the bike while preserving lateral stiffness at the bottom bracket and head tube, so the ride stays composed on rough pavement without feeling vague under hard efforts. The carbon fork uses a tapered steerer, and the frame is set up for two seatpost options — a Parlee Carbon post with 25mm of offset or a Deda RS Carbon post with 0mm offset — giving a fitter room to dial in saddle setback before touching saddle position on the rails.
Who It's For
• Riders building a custom spec who want to choose their own groupset, wheels, and cockpit around a proven frame
• Riders prioritizing all-day comfort on rough or mixed-quality road surfaces without giving up climbing weight
• Riders who've been fit for a specific saddle setback and want seatpost offset options rather than one fixed geometry
• Riders who want a complete bike out of the box should look elsewhere — this is a frameset only, sold without groupset, wheels, or finishing kit
What to Look For
• Confirm your saddle setback needs before choosing between the 25mm-offset Parlee post and the 0mm-offset Deda post
• Budget for a full build: frame, fork, and seatpost are included, but groupset, wheels, and cockpit are purchased separately
• Weigh your target build kit against an 830g (size M) frame — a light frame rewards a light, well-matched component spec
Key Features
One-piece, unidirectional monocoque construction: The frame and fork are laid up as a single carbon structure rather than assembled from bonded sections, which is how Parlee holds the size M frame to 830g while targeting stiffness at load-bearing junctions.
Tuned carbon layup for ride quality: Material is placed to allow vertical compliance that absorbs road vibration on long rides, while lateral stiffness through the bottom bracket and head tube keeps handling precise under power.
Tapered steerer fork: The carbon fork uses a tapered steerer for front-end stiffness, matched to the frame's handling characteristics.
Dual seatpost offset options: The frame accommodates either a Parlee Carbon post (25mm offset) or a Deda RS Carbon post (0mm offset), both 31.6mm diameter — letting a fitter dial in saddle position without needing a proprietary post cut to length.
Rider Intent Summary
• Biggest strength: low frame weight (830g, size M) paired with a layup tuned for compliance, not just stiffness
• Tradeoff: sold as a frameset only, so total cost and finished weight depend on the build kit
• What makes it different: compatibility with two seatpost offsets (25mm and 0mm) gives riders fit flexibility most monocoque frames don't offer
Victory's Take
We like the Ouray as a base for riders who already know their fit and want to build a bike around it rather than take one off a showroom floor — the seatpost offset choice alone saves a step most framesets don't offer. Bring us your fit numbers and we'll help you spec the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on non-bike orders over $100. We do not offer free shipping for bicycles unless it is a one time promotion. Generally, bike shipping will cost $150 and that covers just the shipping of the bike with no assembly. If you were to bring that bike to your local mechanic or bike store, you would pay them their assembly fee. If you choose our Professional Assembly option for $200, our service technicians would assemble the bike before shipping and then re-pack the bike safely for transit. When you receive the bike you would attach the front wheel, attach the seatpost/saddle, and raise the handlebars and clamp them. Those three items do have to be detached to minimize or eliminate the chance of damage in transit.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders of parts, accessories, apparel, etc. on orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Regular bike shipping without assembly is $150, bike shipping with Professional Assembly is an additional $200 (so $350 in total which includes the $150 of regular shipping). Our White Glove Delivery option is $699 and that will cover the assembly of the bike and our White Glove Delivery partner delivering your dream bike to your front door, ready to ride!
How can I track my order?
When you place your online order, you will receive an instantaneous email update with your order number and order details, and shortly after, you will receive a follow up order email with the tracking number for your order. If you still need assistance with your order, feel free to email us at online@victorybicyclestudio.com and we will respond asap.
