The third-generation frame uses a higher modulus carbon layup that cuts more than 200g from the previous NS1, bringing an M/L frame down to 852g, while testing showed a 7.7% stiffer head tube and 11.9% stiffer bottom bracket. The front end was redesigned with input from Ventum's Tempus TT platform: the leading edge extends forward of the steerer for a cleaner airfoil, and a pronounced hourglass head tube narrows the frame's waist to cut frontal area. The fork carries matching, deeper airfoils down through the front wheel — where a bike does much of its aerodynamic work.
